What Happens At The Church Service ?

Different spiritualist churches have

diferent formats so there will be naturally be a little variation but ours is as follows :

The welcome to the service

The visiting medium (s) are introduced.

An opening hymn

The opening prayer

A second hymn

The address . (not all mediums give this but some do, it is like a little sermon similar to what a church minister or priest would give) Depending on the medium this could take 2 minutes or ten. Some tell humorous stories about what happened to them recently ,some may tell thought provoking anecdotes. Never two mediums are the same.

The Demonstration. The main event if you like to call it that. This is where the medium takes the floor again and gives their clairvoyance demonstration. Some mediums will stand and give straight clairvoyance some will use ribbons, crystals , sand , photographs, jewellery etc to aid them. It matters not what they use, as at the end of the day its "the message " that counts not by which means it was derived. Indeed the use of jewellery or ribbons etc etc by some mediums can give the evenings proceedings an added flair.

After the demonstration its time for the collection basket, the churches all badly need the donations to help keep the doors open so you give what you feel able to , there is no set fee.
